Job Description

Internal Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Call existing customers regularly to maintain strong client relationships.
Fix appointments for Sales Engineers to visit customers for
free pump health check-ups
.
Promote the companys
spares and service business
through structured follow-up calls.
Maintain call logs, appointment details, and customer interaction records.
Coordinate service schedules with Sales Engineers and the service team.
Provide timely updates to the internal team regarding customer needs and feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of experience in internal sales/telecalling within the pumps, valves, motors, or related engineering industry.
Strong understanding of pump service, maintenance needs, and spare parts terminology.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Confident telephone etiquette with the ability to explain technical service offerings clearly.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
