Key Responsibilities Develops customer-facing solutions using Applied visual programming languages Performs software tests on code and enhancements, and develops software documentation Troubleshoots a variety of moderately difficult software problems Interfaces with internal customers for requirements analysis and scheduling Interfaces with internal customers regarding software issues Collaborates with remote and distributed team members Functional Knowledge Must have an understanding of software development processes and methodologies Comfortable with hands-on tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket or Git, JFrog, etc. Understanding of SQL and relational database design Prior knowledge and experience in Applied APF RTD and Activity Manager a big plus Experience with Windows and RHEL is preferred Experience - 1 to 9 Years Business Expertise Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work Leadership No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Problem Solving Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents Impact Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies Interpersonal Skills Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
