Position Overview The job profile for this position is for an Application Development Lead Analyst, which is a Band 3 Senior Contributor Career Track Role. The Application Development Lead Analyst is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of data-driven solutions for the Provider and Core Technology organization. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data and automation tools to optimize workflows, create impactful data visualizations, and contribute to the success of the organization's overall data strategy. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline organizational reporting capabilities and requires a highly autonomous, proactive individual who can drive initiatives and deliver results. Responsibilities: Responsible for developing, customizing, testing and maintaining organizational reporting using Microsoft Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, etc. Designs and implements scalable data strategies to support organizational goals, collaborating with stakeholders to identify data requirements while ensuring data accuracy. Partners with key stakeholders across the organization to develop clear and actionable data visualizations, designed to evolve and improve through a continuous feedback loop. Responsible for automating workflows and integrating systems to improve operational efficiency, identifying and driving new opportunities for automation of existing processes or capabilities within the organization. Drives automation of the manual steps involved in refreshing/publishing organizational reports and other supporting activities. Provides expert content and professional leadership, serving as a technical mentor to a combination of technical and generalist members on the team. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders, focusing on providing thought leadership, which requires understanding of wider organizational and business processes. Qualifications: Required Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights. Strong understanding of data strategy, data governance, and best practices in data management. Experience with data visualizations and the ability to present complex data in an accessible way. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Highly proficiency in Microsoft Power Query for data transformation and automation. Advanced Excel knowledge, including PowerPivot for more complex data modelling, analysis and integration capabilities. Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate to streamline workflows and integrate applications. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics. Required Experience & Education: 5-8 Years of Experience Experience with vendor management in an onshore/offshore model. Proven experience with data strategy, data governance, and best practices in data management. College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience. Desired Experience: Knowledge of or experience working in an agile methodology, including familiarity with Jira. Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools and their integration capabilities.
