Application Developer - Power Platform

As a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer at CGI, you will play a crucial role in developing and publishing PowerApps and Power Automate (MS Flows) on Power Platform with SharePoint Online. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Developing and publishing PowerApps and Power Automate on Power Platform with SharePoint Online. - Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) and feasibility checks on client requirements related to PowerApps / Power Automate implementation. - Providing the best possible solutions for implementing Power Platform based on given requirements, with a strong understanding of databases like SQL and Dataverse. - Demonstrating good knowledge of CSOM (SharePoint Online) and being prepared to develop necessary scripts for completing assigned tasks. - Reporting progress on assigned work to the team lead. - Working as an individual contributor with a keen interest in learning and staying focused. - Taking ownership and responsibility for your work, while maintaining good organization skills. Technologies you will work with include: - O365: Power Apps, Power Automate - O365: Power BI - Databases: SQL, Dataverse - SharePoint Online: CSOM, SPFX - Client-Side Technologies: React, Angular, REST services - Others: Infopath, Webpart, Workflow creation, CSS - Languages: C#, .Net, ASP.Net In this role, you are expected to possess the following qualifications to be successful: - Strong experience (3 to 8 years) in software development/engineering. - Proficiency in developing and publishing PowerApps and Power Automate on Power Platform with SharePoint Online. - Ability to conduct POCs and feasibility checks on client requirements. - Good understanding of databases like SQL and Dataverse. - Knowledge of CSOM (SharePoint Online) and readiness to develop scripts as needed. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor. - Strong interest in learning and staying focused on tasks. - Demonstrated organizational skills and a sense of responsibility towards your work.
