Application Developer - Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM)

As an Application Developer for Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM), your primary role involves designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, testing, and deploying solutions using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). - Performing independently and evolving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participating and contributing in team discussions, providing solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical insights. - Assisting in preparing technical documentation, including application specifications and user guides. - Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle design, build, test, deploy. - Developing and maintaining integrations with on-premise and cloud-based applications. - Quickly resolving application defects, performing root cause analysis, and providing implementation support (L1/L2). - Coordinating with vendor support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Applying tuning and optimization techniques to address performance issues and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Utilizing OUAF components such as Groovy scripts, batch processing, Case, Service Task, UI Map, Business Service, Zone, Portal, Business Object, IWS, Outbound, Algorithm, and Customer Service Type/Process flow. - Working with Oracle Database and SQL Server to support application data needs. - Preparing and maintaining Technical Design Documentation (TDD). Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience in database management and data integration techniques. - Familiarity with software testing, debugging processes, and performance optimization. - Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Proficiency in Customer Care and Billing (CCB) / Meter Data Management modules. Additional Information: The role necessitates working from either the Gurugram or Ahmedabad office. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). Completion of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.,
