Fast-learner and proven critical-thinker; able to assess complex issues and mitigate risk, skilled in analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement and oversight Preferred technical and professional experience Strong interpersonal, presentation and organization skills; comfortable with coaching, teaching and monitoring Java best practices
