Summary:As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate the integration of user feedback into application design and functionality.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that application requirements are accurately captured and addressed.

Proficiency in Agile Program Management.

Experience with Agile Project Management, Agile Requirement Management, Agile Process Coaching.

Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Program Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
