Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions and ensure seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Develop and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of developed applications. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features and functionalities. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on application usage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Experience in D365 Contact Center, Copilot Studio and Azure Open AI is preferred Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customization capabilities. Experience in developing and implementing CRM solutions. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Hands-on experience with CRM SDK and REST API integration. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. This position is based at our Pune office.
