Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationAbout The Role :We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS R12 OPM Functional Consultant with deep domain expertise in the Metals industry to support a full-cycle Oracle EBS R12 implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process manufacturing in metals, including alloy formulation, batch production, quality control, and costing. This role requires close collaboration with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient Oracle solutions.Responsibilities:Help lead the functional implementation of Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules:Product Development, Process Execution, Quality, Inventory, OPM Costing, and Planning.Analyze and map metals industry-specific processes such as rolling, heat treatment, cutting and grinding into Oracle EBS functionality.Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders in production, quality, and supply chain.Help configure OPM modules to support batch production, lot traceability, co-products/by-products, and metal-specific costing models.Collaborate with technical teams for custom reports, interfaces, and data migration.Conduct functional testing, UAT, and provide training to end users.Prepare functional documentation including MD50s, test scripts, and training materials.Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot shipping-related issues.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12, with at least 3 years in OPM modules.Strong domain knowledge of metals manufacturing processes and industry best practices.Experience with lot-based inventory, quality specifications, and process costing in a metals environment.Experienced and comfortable working in Agile project environments, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Qualification
