Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications are functioning optimally. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. Design and develop applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management. Configure and customize applications to meet specific business needs. Perform testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning correctly. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Assist in training and mentoring junior professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and modules. Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide. Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering or a related field is required.
