Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work closely with the team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and test SAP HCM Personnel Administration applications.
  • Configure and customize SAP HCM Personnel Administration modules based on business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
