Job Description

Responsible for configuration and maintenance of the NetSuite platform and its boundary applications, including Coupa, Avalara, Inspirria, FloQast, and Navan Support troubleshooting and enhancements for all integrations with NetSuite Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues; create and maintain documentation of resolution steps to share with team members Work closely with our Technology Business Partners and stakeholders to recommend and align on technology solutions to meet business requirements Leverage NetSuite capabilities to design, develop, test, and implement the experience to support the identified business requirements Responsible for internal user onboarding and offboarding setup in NetSuite Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure the right access levels for each user Import, export, and maintain data integrity by performing data loads requested by the designated business stakeholders Create and maintain automation processes, including workflows, to support business objectives Generate and maintain reports and dashboard to provide insights needed to monitor application health Review and promote adoption of new NetSuite features Support testing of enhancements developed by other team members About you : 2-3 years of experience working as a NetSuite Administrator Certified NetSuite Administrator Strong preference for those with a Coupa certification Creation of user access, including design and configuration of: Roles, Global Permissions, User Groups Experience with mentoring other users in creation of reports and dashboards Gather and understand business requirements Creation of documentation on processes and policies Good communication skills Stakeholder management
