Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:*Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Appian developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and design decisions.*Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Appian applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.*Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Appian with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and other protocols.*Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes, translating them into efficient Appian solutions.*Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.*Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct thorough testing, and oversee deployment processes.*Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Appian Expertise: Deep knowledge of Appian components such as Process Models, SAIL, Records, Reports, Smart Services, and Integrations.*Development Proficiency: Strong experience in Appian Designer, including creating interfaces, process flows, expressions, and data types.*Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and experience with major databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).*Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading development teams, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.*Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.

Certifications:
*Mandatory: Appian Level 3 (L3) Certification.*Alternative: Appian Level 2 (L2) Certification with substantial lead experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
