Role & responsibilities Fostering a positive team environment focused on advanced technical knowledge, effective collaboration, and positive customer outcomes. Solving highly complex technical problems using Appian and other supporting platforms. Bringing in-depth application development expertise in Appian BPM and experience using Appian connectors and web services Conducting/leading solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates that suit the customer budgetary requirements and align with the organizations financial guidelines. Leading development teams, actively troubleshooting issues and helping team to troubleshoot issues. Providing solutions related to Database modeling, Automation and performance management. The ability to solve relevant issues and set up optimal batch work scheduling and file management in Appian. Proficiency in integrating external systems and APIs with strong security and optimal communication speed. Mandatory skills Appian BPM and experience using Appian connectors and web services
