Communicate client feedback and requirements to internal teams for continuous improvement. Customer Training and Support: Provide training to clients on app functionalities and updates. Act as a support resource for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track key account metrics and performance. Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.Qualifications Graduate/Post graduate. Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager/Business Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the technology or app industry. Strong understanding of mobile applications and digital services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
