Must skills: Strong expertise in observability tools, including but not limited to AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack AppDynamics knowledge with hands on experience on installations, configuration, setting up monitors, integration with snow, email and teams, creation of dashboards.

Design and implement monitoring solutions to analyze logs, traces, telemetry and application infrastructure KPIs. Create dashboards and alerts to track system and application metrics.

Familiarity with APM (Application Performance Monitoring), Synthetic monitoring tools.

Experience on AppDynamics Network performance monitoring(NPM), Real user monitoring(RUM) and network KPIs.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS preferred) and their observability offerings. Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.

Good understanding of Non-functional requirements (NFR) like performance, capacity, Security, Network etc. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or similar.

Understanding on ITIL process and have knowledge on APM support activities.

Good to have: AppDynamics performance analyst AppDynamics Implementation professional Softskills: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
