Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain project team schedules and meetings.
Keep project documentation updated, including status reports and other relevant files.
Serve as a point of contact for team members, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and updates.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress, identifying and escalating any blockers or risks.
Assist in allocating and coordinating resources, materials, and logistics.
Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
To manage the paramedic staff at the centers and resolve any on ground issues, timely escalate necessary issues to the higher management.
To ensure medical protocols of the organization are followed at all times by the staff and themselves.
To identify and resolve all on-ground challenges and escalate the concerns to Project Manager, as and when required.
To submit Monthly reports to the client/organization

Qualifications / Certifications

Any graduation with 2-3 years of work experience of handling projects.
Great judgment and decision-making skills.
Interpersonal Skills
Communication Skills
Analytical Skills
Hands On MS Excel Skills (mandatory)
