1. Preparation of Monthly MIS Unit-wise / Division-wise / Function-wise2. Review of Collection Data / Receivable Tracking3. Filing and Computation of Income Tax for TDS recovery of employees 4. Filing / Payment of monthly / quarterly obligations of TDS / PF / ESI / PT / GST and Reconciliation with Books of Accounts5. Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) (Budget Plan) 6. Monthly Variance Report for Income & Expenses Tracking 7. Review General ledgers and monthly financial reports.8. Preparation of Financial reports of the Unit, divisions and discussions with the stake holders for business decision making. 9. Participate in Quarterly and Annual Audits (Internal & External)10. Effective Management of Accounts Payable & Payment processing11. Implementation of Financial Controls for Effective Cost Control 12. Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and Physical Verification of Assets13. Inventory Management & implementing periodical stock audit14. Inter-Unit & Inter-Division Reconciliations
