Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated API Integration Specialist to join our team and be a pivotal force in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. You will be responsible for guiding new clients through the implementation of our SaaS platform, focusing on API integrations, platform configuration, and deep technical problem-solving. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical background in SaaS integrations and customer success, who are excited about making a tangible impact in high-growth, emerging markets. Core Responsibilities Own the technical onboarding process of clients from kick-off to go-live. Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and tailor platform configuration accordingly. Design and implement custom configurations on the Datacultr platform to meet client-specific use cases. Lead end-to-end API integration processes with client technical teams. Conduct detailed walkthroughs and live demos of Datacultrs APIs, ensuring clarity in implementation. Assist in designing integration architecture and best practices documentation. Act as a Level 2/3 escalation point for advanced technical issues, coordinating with internal engineering teams as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve non-standard issues arising during integration and post-go-live phases. Leverage knowledge of platform capabilities to optimize client configurations. Continuously monitor performance and suggest improvements that enhance usability, scalability, and security. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on customer needs. Maintain detailed internal and customer-facing documentation for integrations, known issues, and technical solutions. Contribute to the development of knowledge bases, playbooks, and reusable integration frameworks. Qualifications & Skills Minimum Requirements : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 2+ years of experience in a technical integration, solutions engineering, or pre-sales support role in the SaaS domain. Technical Skills Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, API keys, etc. Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger). Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java) Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools is an advantage. Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to simplify complex technical processes for clients.
