Position:Accounts Executive Department:Finance & Accounts Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head Job Summary: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounts and general ledger entries. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings. Assist in bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and journal entries. Support monthly and annual closing of accounts. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for audits and compliance. Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions. Generate MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets as required. Ensure timely payment of statutory dues (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.). Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / SAP / MS Excel. Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Inter CA or equivalent. Experience: 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (depending on seniority). Preferred: Experience in a corporate or MSME setup; knowledge of Indian accounting standards. Related field is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach Willingness to frequently travel to meet clients and attend events
