Your Responsibilities Operations Monitoring account health across marketplaces and manage own website orders. Process, track, and update purchase orders (PO) from initiation through to delivery. Managing inventory levels across all fulfilment centres Create and manage Website and FBA shipments Planning & Implementing best practices to for smooth daily operations, order & returns management and improve performance Reporting Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports to review and improve performance Performing monthly payments reconciliation and supporting the month end process The Ideal Hire Should Be 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations with 1P and 3P models Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards/BI tools is a plus. Excellent coordination and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally. A problem-solver with high ownership and a "customer-first" mindset. Who We're Looking For: Are you a storytelling superstar with a flair for visuals and words? Do you live for creating thumb-stopping content and crafting copy that converts? We're looking for a hybrid creative — someone who can bring our brand voice to life through powerful visuals and punchy copy, from Instagram reels to newsletters. If you’re the kind of person who is great at content ideation, drafts catchy WhatsApp messages that get clicked, and loves turning product USPs into viral posts — and isn’t afraid to be in front of the camera now and then — this role is for you.
