Ansible Engineer / DevOps Automation Engineer

We are looking for an Ansible Engineer to automate infrastructure deployment and configuration management.

The Ansible Engineer / DevOps Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment pipelines, and operational processes. The role involves working with Ansible, CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, and scripting to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability across environments.

1. Automation Development

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using

  Ansible, Ansible Tower/AWX

  .
• Develop playbooks, roles, and reusable templates for configuration management.
• Automate deployment, provisioning, and patching processes.

2. CI/CD Pipeline Management

• Integrate automation scripts into

  Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo

  , or other CI/CD platforms.
• Enhance pipeline reliability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and optimize build/deployment workflows.

3. Configuration & Infrastructure Management

• Manage, configure, and automate infrastructure on

  Linux/Unix/Windows

  environments.
• Work with cloud platforms such as

  AWS, Azure, GCP

  to automate provisioning using IaC tools like Terraform (optional).
• Implement configuration drift management and system compliance checks.

4. Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Ensure automation tasks run smoothly; identify and fix issues in playbooks and pipelines.
• Work with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, or similar.
• Perform root cause analysis for configuration and deployment issues.

5. Collaboration & DevOps Practices

• Work closely with development, operations, and cloud teams to understand automation needs.
• Contribute to and promote DevOps best practicesversion control, branching, automated testing, and observability.
