Job Description - Tech Lead - Frontend (Angular) We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead - Frontend (Angular) to join our team. In this role, you will lead frontend development, ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the frontend development team and ensure code quality and performance. Design and develop scalable UI components using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards. Focus on performance optimization and accessibility. Write and maintain unit tests and end-to-end tests. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers. Provide technical mentorship to the team. Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and technologies. Work closely with DevOps teams for smooth deployments and monitor frontend health. Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues. Required Skills: 6+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Angular (Latest Versions). Expertise in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with state management libraries (NgRx, Akita, etc.). Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques. Experience with unit testing (Jasmine, Karma) and end-to-end testing (Cypress, Protractor). Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git). Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
