Role Overview: As a skilled Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and/or designing web applications while collaborating with a team of developers. Your key tasks will include designing, building, or maintaining web and software applications, using various scripting languages and tools, and resolving conflicts within teams to prioritize needs and develop content criteria. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with a solid background in programming applications. You will be involved in web application updates, test routine development, and staying updated on the latest web applications and programming practices through continuous learning and participation in relevant events. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, or maintain web and software applications - Use various scripting languages and tools for development - Resolve conflicts within teams to prioritize needs and develop content criteria - Stay updated on the latest web applications and programming practices - Participate in continuous learning and relevant events for skill enhancement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrate a high degree of independent judgment and problem-solving skills - Evaluate code to ensure industry standards are met - Identify user needs through technical analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address feedback and testing outcomes Note: The job is based in Mohali/Ludhiana and offers a permanent position with 5 openings available.
