Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional anesthesiology and critical care services to patients, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive patient care plans

Monitor patients vital signs and adjust anesthetics as necessary during surgical and other medical procedures

Engage in pre-operative assessments and post-operative care to ensure patient recovery is smooth and without complications

Participate in the training and mentoring of junior medical staff and students, fostering a learning environment

Stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesiology and critical care to continually improve patient outcomes

Contribute to hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and research activities to enhance clinical practices

Required

Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology, along with a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine

Valid medical license to practice in India and board certification in Anesthesiology and Critical Care

Proven experience in an anesthesiology and critical care setting, demonstrating expertise in handling complex medical situations

Strong decision-making Skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

Excellent communication Skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams seamlessly
