About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the Driver App using

  modern Android frameworks

  and

  Jetpack Compose

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to deliver features end-to-end.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design guidelines.
  
• Optimize app performance, stability, and responsiveness across diverse Android devices.
  
• Implement modern architectural patterns such as

  MVVM

  or

  Clean Architecture

  .
• Identify and fix bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  

• 1–3 years of experience

  developing Android applications.
• Strong proficiency in

  Kotlin

  (Java knowledge is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with

  Jetpack Compose

  and

  Android Jetpack components

  (View Model, Live Data, Navigation, Room, etc.).
• Proficiency in

  Kotlin Coroutines

  ,

  asynchronous programming

  , and

  multithreading

  concepts.
• Familiarity with

  RESTful APIs

  and integrating mobile apps with backend services.
• Experience with version control systems like

  Git

  .
• Familiarity with

  Firebase

  ,

  Crashlytics

  , or analytics tools.
• Understanding of

  CI/CD

  , app signing, and Play Store release processes.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with
