About the Role

Android Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
Android applications
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in
Kotlin/Java
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Integrate mobile apps with APIs and backend services
Work with modern Android tools:
Jetpack, Compose, ViewModel, LiveData, Room
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure best practices
Troubleshoot and fix bugs to improve app stability
Publish apps to
Google Play Store
and manage release cycles

Required Skills & Experience

2–6 years of experience as an
Android Developer
Strong knowledge of
Kotlin
(mandatory)
Experience with
Android SDK, Jetpack Libraries, MVVM architecture
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
Knowledge of
Firebase
, push notifications, and analytics tools
Experience with
Git
, CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of
Material Design principles

Nice to Have

Experience with
Jetpack Compose
Knowledge of mobile performance optimization
Experience working with
third-party libraries and SDKs
Exposure to
Unit/UI testing frameworks

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
