Android Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with expertise in Native Android development (Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose), Flutter, and Kotlin Multiplatform to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative mobile applications that deliver exceptional performance across a wide range of devices. You will be responsible for developing robust native Android applications, as well as leveraging Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform to build scalable cross-platform solutions. Collaboration with other developers and engineers will be essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that meet user requirements across multiple platforms. Your contributions will focus on creating consistent, efficient, and user-friendly mobile experiences across native and cross-platform environments.

Responsibilities:

• Transform designs and wireframes into functional, high-quality code.
• Developing features using Java/Kotlin/Compose/Flutter/KMP
• Writing Unit Tests (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)
• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance, reliable, and reusable code.
• Ensure the responsiveness, quality, and performance of the applications.
• Identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks in the development process.
• Assist in the maintenance of code quality, organization, and automation.

Required skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Android development.
• In-depth knowledge of common Android libraries, Firebase integration (including Firebase database, notification, crash analytics, etc.), Google Maps, location tracking, social media integration, payment gateways, REST APIs, ExoPlayer, foreground and background services.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, XML, and Compose.
• Excellent understanding of the Android SDK, APIs, and memory management.
• Familiarity with writing readable and maintainable unit tests.
• Proficient use of Git for code versioning.
• Solid experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and Flutter, including building, deploying, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
