Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and mentor the mobile development team to deliver high-quality applications for Android, iOS and Flutter platforms.
Oversee collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, and adherence to best practices.
Guide the team in identifying and resolving bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
Establish and enforce code quality, organization, and automation standards.

Additional Leadership Responsibilities

Drive technical strategy and Roadmap for mobile applications.
Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers.
Coordinate with product management and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

5-8 years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Android and Flutter.
Proficiency in any Swift, Kotlin, and Java.
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Experience with API integration.
Expertise in consumer application development using Flutter and Dart.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
