Job Description

Hands on expert level understanding and knowledge of Financial Planning/ Sale & Operational planning/ Territory Quota Planning process of an organization. Translate business requirements to technical language and model/program them in Anaplan applications Act as techno-functional consultant with the ability to translate Excel based Models to Multi-Dimensional Technologies Perform Anaplan system setup & configuration while independently providing solutions to Anaplan issues and enhancements Integration of Anaplan with third party tools Implement optimizer functionality of Anaplan Meeting key business users aimed to analyse existent business processes inefficiency, models optimization and improvements according to latest Anaplan platform capabilities Pre-requisites Anaplan certification is a good to have. Level 3 & SA certification will be plus point. Strong analytical skills as well as excellent problem solving skills Effective influencing & facilitation skills collaborative partnership Confident & professional communication style Proficiency in English (oral and written) Problem solving and root cause identification skills Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Capability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Ability to lead and manage team of consultants Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Manage and build client relationships
