Analytics Team Lead

Reporting To: CTO Experience: 5-7 years Work Location: Hyderabad India We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Analytics Team Lead to manage our analytics team. As the Analytics Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and utilizing data to provide valuable insights that contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in analytics or data science roles. At least 2-3 years of experience in a team lead position within an analytics team. Demonstrated success in managing and leading a team of 20 analysts to deliver impactful insights. Experience in working with large datasets and using database management systems. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics projects. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in customer management strategies and techniques. Expertise in Snowflake and AWS is a plus. Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics and data science.
