Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve customer queries and concerns. Identify and address denial management issues, including appeals processing and revenue cycle management (RCM). Assist in claims processing, handling denials, and medical billing for US healthcare clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of AR issues and improve overall client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system. Desired Candidate Profile: 0-1 year experience in AR calling or related field (denial management, RCM). Strong understanding of US healthcare industry regulations and processes. Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
