As an Analyst/Associate at our Family Office/Venture Capital platform investing in early-stage startups, you will play a crucial role in identifying investment opportunities, engaging with founders, conducting investment analysis, and actively participating in the startup ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Deal Sourcing & Research:** - Identify emerging startups, sectors, and founders. - Build and manage a pipeline of investment opportunities. - **Founder Interactions:** - Engage with early-stage entrepreneurs. - Attend pitch meetings and evaluate business models. - Develop strong founder relationships. - **Investment Analysis:** - Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking. - Perform financial analysis to support investment decisions. - **Community Building:** - Actively participate in startup events and founder networks. - Engage in ecosystem initiatives to strengthen the brand and deal flow. - **Portfolio Support:** - Provide strategic insights, connections, and operational support to portfolio companies. - **Internal Processes:** - Help shape internal knowledge, research notes, and sector deep-dives to drive team decision-making.
