Technical Excellence

As an analyst, you will be a key resource on client engagement; Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and industry trends; Undertake research and understand the information received from client and put it to logical conclusion and discuss it with the client engagement team

Knowledge on Indian Income-tax Act
Transfer Pricing compliance work, if undertaken earlier along with statutory approvals and filings such as preparation of TP documentation, undertaking Master File and Country-by-Country report compliances, reviewing of Form 3CEBDrafting and vetting of documents such as submissions, agreements, reports etcUndertaking TP assessments, filing DRP applications, appeal before CIT(A) and ITATIssuing opinions and memorandums on various issues relating to Indian laws and international tax across various sectors.Undertaking filings of APA/ MAP applicationsGeneral advisory work and drafting of reports.Reading of double tax avoidance agreements, OECD/ UN commentaries, etc

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

A qualified Chartered Accountant; A post graduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM from reputed institute

Experience

Proficiency is MS Office tools; Preferably undertaken articleship in tax, however not a mandate; Good to have (ie not mandatory) - Experience in international tax, transfer pricing
