Job Description

As an ESS Analyst, your role will involve in Invoice entry and processing within agreed timeline and accuracy as per the Service Level for Utility Invoices. You will be following process documentation while working on Daily invoice entry & Quality Audit, as well as performing day-to-day maintenance of the general mailbox. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing system-driven reports to be sent to the business line at regular intervals, processing backup reports after data entry, and analyzing the reports to derive meaningful results. You will also prepare and review functional process documents, capturing exceptions while processing as required, recording received documentation and information, identifying queries/data gaps/missing information, and resolving queries promptly. Tracking user acceptance and supporting investigation to address any issues will also fall under your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Invoice entry and processing for Utility Invoices within agreed timeline and accuracy - Following process documentation for Daily invoice entry & Quality Audit - Maintaining the general mailbox on a day-to-day basis - Preparing system-driven reports for the business line and analyzing the results - Recording received documentation, identifying queries/data gaps/missing information, and resolving queries promptly - Tracking user acceptance and supporting investigations to address any issues Qualifications Required: - Experience in finance or utility data capture transaction processing - Proficiency in Microsoft package with strong organizational & interpersonal skills - Flexibility/adaptability and receptivity to new ideas - Ability to effectively manage stress and emotions - Persistence in efforts and practice care and caution in job at hand - Graduation in Commerce/Finance background with equivalent work experience - Minimum 1-3 years of industry experience in finance or utility data capture transaction processing - Accounting knowledge is preferred with strong attention to detail and good organizational, interpersonal skills If this sounds like you and you meet the qualifications mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for the ESS Analyst position today!,
