Analyst - Supply Chain Solutions

**Job Description:** As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for driving the analytics of supply chain solutions, network design, and warehousing design. Your main tasks will involve modeling historical transaction data to develop optimal, tech-enabled end-to-end supply chain solutions. This includes determining the ideal network footprint and mode of transportation to minimize fulfillment costs and reduce time. You should have the ability to explore data, conduct thorough analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes. Additionally, you will conceptualize and create automated tools based on business requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and track business KPIs and associated metrics, highlighting progress and proactively identifying areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BD, engineering, operations, and corporate finance, to develop solutions that meet customers" needs. - Demonstrate a drive to innovate, question the norm, and take ownership of projects. - Thrive in a high-performance environment, leveraging strong analytical and data-driven skills. - Build and maintain relationships, while effectively managing stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in business analytics tools and statistical programming languages, particularly Excel. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop hypotheses and distill data into actionable recommendations. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Intellectual and analytical curiosity, with a proactive approach to understanding the "why, what, and how". - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to approach problem-solving through the first principle method.
