Job Description

Role & responsibilities Checking denials from EOBs, ERAs by calling the Insurance Companies. Calling the insurance companies for the specification of denials. Reprocessing the claim over the phone or reopening the claims on the online portals Checking denials from EOBs, ERAs by calling the Insurance Companies. Calling the insurance companies for the specification of denials. Reprocessing the claim over the phone or reopening the claims on the online portals Checking status of the appeal filed and reprocessed claims through IVR, Calls and online payers portal Follow HIPAA guidelines when accessing and sharing patient information. Preferred candidate profile Basic knowledge of computer, Microsoft office, Communication Skills English (Verbal/Written) The associate should possess 1 to 6 years of RCM domain experience and functional knowledge/ experience in AR Follow Up and calling experience.
