Job Description

Job Title: Analyst - Pricing & Data Insights

Conduct analysis of price lists and prepare impact analysis for different insurance payers.
Ensure tariffs in the Hospital Information System (HIS) and master data are accurate and up to date.
Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets as per management requirements.
Prepare and publish monthly dashboards to support departmental performance reviews and strategic insights.
Provide training on Excel, Power BI, and dashboard usage to internal stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
Excel - Advanced level
(data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Power BI - Advanced proficiency
is a must
PowerPoint - Intermediate level
(presentation and reporting)

Preferred / Optional Skills

Experience with
any BI tools
or analytics platforms
Prior experience working with
HIS tools or healthcare software systems
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business insights
