Analyst Operational Services

Role Overview: At Signant Health, the Data, Analytics, Reporting and Tools (DART) team is dedicated to enhancing decision-making by maximizing data analytics capabilities to transform information into insights and drive better outcomes within Global Operations. As a part of this team, you will play a crucial role in working with stakeholders to create meaningful visualizations, maintain dynamic online reports, and support operational leadership with high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders. - Study, analyze, and understand business requirements in the context of business intelligence. - Collaborate closely with Senior analysts and business stakeholders to develop meaningful visualizations and reports. - Design and create dynamic online reports using SQL, XML, MS Power Bi, and/or Qlik Sense. - Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports connected to various data sources to enable informed decision-making. - Collaborate with the technical development team to optimize data reporting by designing database structures. - Clean and prepare data for analysis, identify trends and patterns in business metrics, and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests. - Develop comprehensive data documentation about algorithms, parameters, and models. - Deliver high-quality report sets for operational leadership within specified timelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI. - Proficiency in SQL. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Additional Details: - Ability to work effectively under rapid timelines and changing priorities, remaining calm under pressure while handling multiple tasks concurrently. - Experience working across functions in a matrix organization. - Passion for metrics and achieving objective results, with presentation experience at various stakeholder levels.,
