Analyst Legal Entity Control

As an Analyst in the Legal Entity Control team, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial aspects of the legal entity. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a strong control environment exists for all business operations impacting the Legal Entity financials and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to drive the Legal Entity agenda and contribute to the month-end close process, financial reporting, and analysis. - Perform legal entity accounting & control activities, including managing the month-end close process, parent/child accounting, and equity pick-up - Monitor the monthly consolidation of income statement and balance sheet - Conduct month-end analytical reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements, prepare various reports, and provide financial commentary - Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules, perform control procedures to validate financial results, and resolve any issues or ad-hoc financial requests - Review and confirm financial and non-financial appendices, as well as complete reconciliation of general ledger accounts - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to collaborate with business partners, build relationships, and identify control issues - Initiative-driven with the capability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed - Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, learn quickly, and navigate various reporting systems/tools,
