Job Location : Corporate Office Job Overview: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to help guide decision-making within the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modelling expertise, and a keen understanding of financial principles. Key Responsibilities: Team Handling Financial Analysis : Evaluate financial data to provide insights on the companys financial performance. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to assist in decision-making. Reporting : Prepare and present regular financial reports (such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements) for management and stakeholders. Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the creation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide recommendations based on performance against budget. Financial Modelling : Build and maintain financial models to predict future financial performance, assess business opportunities, and support strategic planning. Variance Analysis : Compare actual financial results to forecasts and budgets and provide explanations for variances. Cost Analysis : Evaluate costs and profitability, identifying areas to improve cost efficiency and optimize business operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and support business objectives. Requirements: Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, SAP), financial modelling, and analysis tools. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to present financial reports and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
