Analyst - Infrastructure Finance and Advisory

Role Overview: The Centralized Research Group (CRG) is a part of the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Research & Analytics vertical. The team collaborates closely with the global Commercial, Corporate, and Investment Banking teams on marketing materials and executions related to M&A, equity capital raising, or debt capital raising. As a CRG Analyst, you will work with the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory (IFA) team in London, supporting in preparing pitch books, financial modeling analyses, and marketing materials for client meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of pitch material: - Collaborate with associates and analysts to create marketing materials for client pitches, including market/industry updates, ratings advisory materials, and debt/transaction comps - Draft financing proposals, investor materials, road show marketing materials, rating agency presentations, and other marketing collaterals - Financial analysis: - Develop financial models and conduct financial analyses for infrastructure projects across various sectors - Deal execution: - Coordinate on execution work such as developing analytical pages and preparing model outputs for ongoing deals - Research: - Source and interpret company, project, and industry information from diverse data sources to form views on the industry, key trends, and individual assets/companies. Summarize and synthesize news updates and research reports. - Pipeline/Internal Management: - Coordinate internal tracking pipelines and manage other internal business workstreams as required Qualification Required: - Master's Degree/CA qualification - Strong analytic fundamentals, including financial modeling with preferable experience in infra/project finance space - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, being a highly motivated self-starter - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment - Preferred qualifications such as knowledge of industry/debt and derivatives instruments, prior experience in project finance/infrastructure, and CFA or similar qualifications would be a plus.,
