Analyst - Infrastructure Finance and Advisory

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Centralized Research Group within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Research & Analytics vertical. Collaborating with the global Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking teams, you will be involved in creating marketing materials and executing tasks related to M&A, equity capital raising, and debt capital raising in the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare pitch materials in collaboration with associates and analysts for client pitches, including market and industry updates, ratings advisory materials, and debt/transaction comps - Assist in drafting financing proposals, investor materials, road show marketing materials, and rating agency presentations - Develop financial models and conduct financial analyses for infrastructure projects across various sectors - Coordinate with the team on deal execution tasks such as developing analytical pages and preparing model outputs - Conduct research to gather and interpret company, project, and industry information from diverse sources to form views on the industry and key trends - Manage internal tracking pipelines and other business workstreams as required Qualifications Required: - Master's Degree or CA qualification - Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, preferably in infra/project finance - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a global team - Knowledge of the industry, debt, and derivatives instruments is advantageous - Prior experience in project finance/infrastructure and CFA or similar qualifications are considered a plus.,
