For more information, visit Lowes.com. About The Team The Inventory replenishment team is responsible for interpretation and execution of the inventory plans for respective business categories. They analyze replenishment data and make key decisions to manage inventory needs to drive sales and return on investment. Team provides key inputs and validation of inventory fulfillment plans as the primary contact for the Supply Chain Planners. In collaboration with the key stakeholders within the supply chain, they proactively manage key performance metrics, including root-cause analysis and solution recommendations to ensures order flow meets designated capacity constrains throughout the supply chain. Replenishment collaborates with cross-functional teams, manage complex systems and processes, and provide customer support. Job Summary The primary purpose of this role is to analyze and communicate actionable insights about the inventory positions within the supply chain network. This role will deep dive using current and created datasets to identify where excess & Aged inventory is present and work with the internal and US based team to create recommendations and communicate to the appropriate stakeholders on the best course of action to correct. Roles & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Leverage existing reporting to as a starting point for further insights and align actionable insights to the appropriate stakeholder groups while recommending ways to improve all existing reporting Perform in-depth analysis into inventory issues regarding WOS, excess, non-stocked items, inactive items, Safety stock and ordering patterns Provide insight & actionable suggestions resulting from the in-depth inventory analysis Provide analysis, insights, and suggestions, and about what products and volume reside on the facilities yards, in the buildings, on order, and in process across all networks and respective buildings Analyze Create further insights on high WOS/OH/OO as it relates to events like resets, holidays, ads, exit strategies appropriate stakeholders to solve excess inventory and other network capacity issues Access and utilize data sources for ad-hoc insights when/where it does not make sense to leverage our partnered data groups Assist with any Special & Tier 1 event PO tracking and analysis as needed by the team Years Of Experience Overall 3+ years of Experience 3+ years of experience in Supply chain & Inventory Management Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering Or MBA or master’s degree in supply chain preferred.
