Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our Digital Quality and Governance team at Bristol-Myers Squibb India Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital quality governance frameworks.
Conduct audits and assessments of digital systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation of digital quality control processes and procedures.
Provide training and support to employees on digital quality management best practices.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in digital quality management.
Develop reports and presentations to communicate digital quality performance metrics to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of digital quality management principles and practices.
Experience with auditing and assessing digital systems and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to digital quality management is an asset.
