Analyst, Digital Operations

Role Overview: You will be working as an Associate for Item Setup in the Digital Item Lifecycle teams at Saks Global. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a superior customer shopping experience by executing the online merchandising and product information strategy for multiple categories of business. This includes ensuring category merchandising aligns with the site merchandising strategy, timely and accurate setup and production of all products and assortments, and optimizing sales through product categorization. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of designated categories of business to achieve accuracy targets, maintain/decrease NOS inventory, and ensure compliance with Go Live dates and Time to site SLAs - Categorize products to ensure they are placed in relevant categories on the site for optimal sales - Act as a liaison between buyers, E-com team members, digital lifecycle teams, and studio teams on Item setup-related issues - Properly set up all new items, define item assortment in appropriate web folders, and ensure timely publication on the website - Perform daily quality assurance checks on designated categories and featured products - Develop training materials and product guides as needed, documenting all processes and procedures - Collaborate with Site Operations to improve process efficiencies and automation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of item setup experience - Understanding of the retail ecommerce landscape - Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Experience in e-commerce and retail site merchandising preferred - Knowledge of fashion terminology, trends, fabrics, and brands - Working knowledge of MS Office Additional Details: You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at Saks Global, a company that is experiencing growth and transformation.
