As a Product Data Management Retainer at Personiv, an eClerx company, you will be a key member of the Product Data Management team, focusing on improving the quality of online product data for technical products. Your role will include creating technical specifications and product descriptions for online presentation, as well as participating in consultancy projects to redesign e-commerce customers" website taxonomy and navigation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct data enrichment, gap filling, standardization, normalization, and categorization of online and offline product data by researching various sources such as the internet, specific websites, and databases. - Perform data quality checks and corrections to ensure accuracy. - Utilize data profiling and reporting techniques for basic analysis. - Communicate via email with clients to acknowledge requests, provide project status updates, and respond to queries promptly. - Assist customers in improving product data quality by focusing on technical specifications and descriptions. - Offer technical consulting to customer category managers on industry best practices for enhancing product data.
