To know more about us, visit www. nexdigm. com JOB DESCRIPTION: This is aclient facing role (supporting US and EMEA regions) and involves managing acontract from start to finish, i. e. , from receiving and understanding therequest received from business partners, creating the draft agreement usingappropriate templates, coordinating with the business partners for theircomments and with vendors for redlines, analyzing redlines and developingoptions for negotiation and redrafting, supporting the negotiation process andgetting the contract executed and uploaded on to the contract managementsystem.
