Client Strategy & Analytics team is part of S&P Global Market Intelligences CX organization. The Analytics team within MI supporting the CCO organization is dedicated to driving impactful insights and analytics solutions that support our top customers' revenue growth and operational efficiency. We are looking for an analyst with at least 2 to 3 years of data analytics and customer insight experience in a global environment. This role involves analyzing sales and customer data to drive actionable insights, improve business strategies, and support decision-making processes. Responsibilities: Entrusted for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data related to sales performance and customer interaction point data. Perform ad-hoc data analysis, assist in the development of strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and sales conversion and provide insights to drive business growth. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance and customer metric. Excellent at creating and delivering clear, visually appealing, and engaging presentations. Be the problem solver with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and offer strategic solutions. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Additionally, the professional would also be involved in quick turnaround ad-hoc analytics projects. You will be interacting with global stakeholders to understand their needs, improvement ways and always carry a listening attitude to business problems. What Were Looking For: Proficient in one of the programming languages such as Python, SQL or R. Proven record of building interactive dashboards in Power BI. Exposed to advanced usage of DAX language. Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in teams. Exceptional skills in listening to leaders & cross functional heads, articulating ideas and complex information in a clear and concise manner. Good time management and communication skills Basic Qualifications: B.E. or B. Tech or B.Sc. (Statistics or Mathematics) or B. Com or B.A. Economics Excellent skills in MS-Excel & Power BI Basic knowledge of CRM and sales management systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Basic skills in MS-Word, & MS-PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: 2 to 3 years work experience with analytics solutions Intermediate skills in Programming Languages.
