For more information, visit Lowes.com. About the Team: Lowe s Channel Marketing is responsible to deliver best-in-class marketing communications and execute insights-driven omni-channel campaigns. They closely work with Strategy and Planning, Technology, Creative, Audience and Loyalty marketing to deliver complex customer journeys across various Channels. Job Summary: Primary role of Analyst Channel Marketing is to manage Enterprise campaign development, validation, testing, and deployment across multiple audience segments using Marketing automation platform. This role will work alongside a team of peers and Sr Analyst who are responsible for the success, growth and innovation of triggered automated and retargeting marketing campaigns and scaling of all email, SMS and push campaigns, as well as owning the daily maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. To accomplish this the Analyst of Channel Marketing must have knowledge and experience in CRM platform and understand the ever-changing ecosystem of retail/merchant organizations to ensure our campaigns are meeting the industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Create and manage marketing campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Email, PUSH Notification and SMS Hand-on experience on Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Content builder, and Journey Builder Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards with key metrics such as, Opens, Clicks, CTR, Revenue, Visits and other KPIs Work closely with partners and stakeholders to prioritize projects and provide recommendations to improve process efficiency Collaborate with cross-functionally teams to deliver campaign/projects as per the SLA Requires understanding of each channel (digital) and an evolving knowledge of channels consumers interface with regularly which shifts day to day Years of Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role preferably in advertising agency or retail industry Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications : Graduate or post graduate degree in Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce, Engineering Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have) 1+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong expertise on campaign set up on Marketing Cloud, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder Good understanding of Email, PUSH Notification, SMS campaign and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Secondary Skills (desired) SFMC Certification is preferred
